Rosé Wine Class 2024

Join us Thursday, July 18, 2024 at 6pm for our summer rosé class. Chef Paul Kulik will present this class as we learn about the category of rosé. From simple to complex, rosés are always enjoyable and have much to offer to your palate and mind. Rosé has come a long way from the watered down reds the Phoenicians and ancient Greeks used to drink. Many styles of rosé have been made and consumed all over the world, but it didn't really take hold as a category until the rosés of Provence became popular in the 1930's. Today you can enjoy rosé from all over the world in many different styles. 

In this class we will taste four rosés mostly from the south of France, arguably the epicenter of modern rosé. We will also taste one of our favorite rosés from Spain. Two quaffable rosés and two more serious, prestige rosés.

This class costs $30 and will be held from 6pm - 7:30 pm. Light snacks will be served. We suggest making reservations for before or after the class if you are interested. Wine will be available for purchase after the class. If there are any dietary restrictions let us know before the class and we will accommodate.
