March 2026 Wine Class: Syrah
Join us Wednesday, March 25 at 6 PM for our next wine class, covering the power house grape known as Syrah. We will taste the wines listed below and have a few small bites paired with the wines to highlight the power and beauty of Syrah.
Our very own Chef Paul Kulik will lead this class as we taste and learn about this varietal which finds it's home in France, but has flourished in many different climates, soils, and terriors across the globe.
We will taste 4 wines from 4 different countries. These wines will showcase iconic Rhone producers, sparkling Shiraz from down under, and newer on the scene, Washington's Yakima Valley.
We will taste the following wines and snacks will be provided:
Karatta Sparkling Shiraz-Cabernet NV
Two Mountain Syrah Yakima Valley 2020
Lionel Faury Collines Rhodaniennes Syrah 2022
JL Chave Sélection "Offerus" Saint-Joseph 2023
The class will be Wednesday, March 25, from 6pm - 7:30pm. We suggest making reservations for dinner afterwards if you are interested in something a little more filling.
