A delicious Tuscan blend all hand harvested. Trebbiano Toscano and Semillon. Aged on 300l medium toasted French tonneaux with batonage over 2-3 months. Aromas of straw, honeycomb, and apple. Crisp with lemon/lime citrus and ripe yellow apple, and soft minerality on the palate

This white super Tuscan, fresh and complex, features a bouquet of white flowers and acacia honey, with fruity aromas of apple and tropical fruit, a long, mineral finish, and pairs beautifully with aperitivo, fish pasta, fish or shellfish dishes, and fresh cheeses.
