Dom. de Villaine "Les Clous Aimé" Chalonnaise Blanc 2020

100% Chardonnay. Musts are cold-soaked between 24-36 hours. 80% foudre fermentation, 20% in French oak barrels. Temperature of 20-22 degrees Celsius is this wine’s only form of intervention during the fermentation process. Lees are stirred only to counteract reduction.

Les Clous Aimé in its youth displays brilliant minerality. This wine is dense and powerful while maintaining a certain playfulness through fruit and aromatics.
