100% Pinot Noir sourced from a single parcel. ⅔ stem inclusion at minimum. Fermentation in aged wood tanks for 10-12 days. After fermentation, must and juice are separated and occasionally reintegrated for balanced tannin. Bottle aging lasts from 10-12 months depending on vintage.

Texture is round, tannins are silky. Tasting notes include ripe red fruit and subtle twiggy herbs. A classic Burgundy vinified in the most natural way possible, ready to savor young.
