Purchased by the Cavallotto Family in 1989 when they acquired the Vignolo cru
1.68 hectares organically farmed on the north-eastern slopes of Vignolo between 260-310 meters above sea level
Calcareous clay soils with veins of sand
Fermented without the skins followed by partial malolactic fermentation
Aged in stainless steel and rested on the lees for 9 months before release
800 cases produced on average
The name “Pinner” comes from PINot NERo! Often shows a slightly rosé or onion-skin tone color.
